Built by someone who has done the unglamorous part
Before any of this was a studio, it was a designer in a print shop learning that most projects go wrong for the same two reasons: nobody agreed what "done" meant, and nobody could reach the person actually doing the work.
So Lycheo is built to remove both. Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Every client gets a portal where the status is visible without asking. And the person answering your messages is the person writing your code.
We have shipped for a grocery platform in Dhaka, a fitness studio in Toronto, a barber shop in New York and a catering business in Queens. Different industries, same method.
Five things we hold to
Not slogans. These are the reasons clients come back, and the reasons we occasionally turn work down.
You talk to the person building it
No account manager in the middle. The developer writing your code is the one answering your messages, so nothing gets lost in translation.
The quote is the invoice
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts. If the scope changes we say so and re-quote. You never get a surprise number at the end.
Hand-written code, and you own it
No bloated page builders stacked on a bought theme. Full source handover on every project, hosted wherever you like.
Progress you can see without asking
Every project has a client portal with live status and invoices. You should never have to send an "any update?" message.
Honest answers about fit
If what you need sits outside what we do well, we say so and point you somewhere better. A bad-fit project helps nobody.
What the team covers
Between the studio and the developers we bring in, this is the ground we can cover on a project.
