The ones everybody asks

Why is it only $50? What is the catch?
There is no catch, and no hidden fee at the end. We are building a portfolio and a review base in a new market, and the first 35 projects are priced at cost to get there. In exchange we ask to show the finished site in our portfolio.
Is it a template?
No. The design is made for your business. What keeps the price down is the page count and the scope, not the quality of the work.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, your text and images, and roughly an hour of your time across the project for feedback and approval.
What about hosting and the domain?
We provide both and look after them for you — a small monthly charge on top of the build, quoted with your project so you know it up front. You are not left to work out DNS and cPanel on your own, and if you would rather host it yourself, that is fine too.
How and when do I pay?
After we agree the scope, not before. There is no online checkout — we invoice you and you pay a person. Nothing is charged for claiming a slot.
What happens after the 30 days of support?
Nothing breaks and nothing switches off. If you want us to keep looking after the site, we quote a monthly plan. If not, the site is entirely yours.
Can I get a mobile app too?
Yes, but it is a separate build with its own quote. Say so when you claim and we will price both together.
